“ A perfect birthday weekend get-a-way!”

Bayside Resort Staff,

I just wanted to extend my many thanks to you all for providing an
exceptional stay, at a first rate facility. From the moment I checked
in and I was assured everything was in place, to when I checked out and
the Front Desk Staff was friendly and making jokes about the fantastic
weather we had, it was an exceptional experience. And of course when we
walked in the door and she saw her birthday balloons, card, and rose,
her face was priceless! I can't thank you enough for arranging that
all! Not to mention sitting at the fireplace, having great
conversations with some other friendly guests, your staff members
noticed the fun we were having and allowed us some extra time before
putting the fire out (something out of pure courtesy!). Your staff
should be proud of themselves for the superior service and quality they
uphold at your resort. Thank you all so much, I can not wait to make
another reservation and know another great, relaxing vacation is
awaiting me with you!
