Hotel Policies

 

  • RATES:
    Rates assume double occupancy and are per room, per night plus 11.7% State Tax.
  • ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
    All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card or an advance deposit must be made with a check or money order. Personal checks must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  • PERSONAL CHECKS:
    Sorry, personal checks are not accepted on arrival. 
  • UNDER 21 POLICY:
    No person or persons under the age of 21 will be permitted to stay or make a reservation at our hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their visit. 
  • CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:
    Any time after 3pm / Any time before 11am
  • OCCUPANCY:
    Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Additional charges apply for additional guests. Maximum occupancy per room is 5. Connecting rooms are available for larger families.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Cancellations must be made by 6pm – 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within this period will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No shows will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.  No cancellation fee will be charged to any cancellations made due to unsafe travel conditions.
  • EARLY DEPARTURES:
    We cannot refund for changing the length of your stay after check-in . Please check your confirmation for accuracy! 
  • PETS:
    Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets. Please inquire about kennels
  • SMOKING POLICY:
    All of our guest rooms are Non Smoking.  $250 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who choose to smoke in their room.
