To The Staff of the Bayside,

A group of us had the pleasure of staying at your resort hotel as part of a weekend  getaway vacation package last week. I have had the occasion to stay in many, very upscale, hotels during the past several years, and I want to tell you that the staff of your resort are second to none for friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism, which made our trip most enjoyable.  The two young ladies at the front desk were very warm and cordial.  They gave us directions to a local golf course, and one of them even called to make tee times for the group. They recommended some of the local restaurants to us and definitely did not steer us wrong.
The Beach, Fitness center, Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi Whirlpool, Family Fun Center, and Moby Dick Pub were a great setting to come back to after a fun day on Cape Cod!
  
I need to tell you that the experience at your resort, particularly the friendly, warm, courteous treatment we received from your staff was probably the best hotel experience of my life. You have an outstanding staff and I hope you will make every effort to retain them because dedication and professionalism like theirs will be very hard to replace.  Please extend my sincere gratitude to your staff for the very special treatment they afforded me and my friends. You can count on us being return patrons to your resort and probably many of our friends as well, because we certainly do not intend to keep this wonderful experience a secret.

Could you please send me information on the Customer Rewards Program and Free Nights.  Also we were considering having a function there because our daughter is getting married.  Do you have any discounts foe wedding blocks?
