Christmas on Cape Cod is like no other.

With snow on the ground, a warm fireplace, and good comfort food all around – it’s no wonder so many travelers make Cape Cod their top holiday destination. December, in particular, is a special time of year on Cape Cod.

Why?

Because that’s when the magic of picture-perfect New England scenes come to life. Many museums, resorts on Cape Cod, and stores and shops are decked out with their holiday finery for everyone to enjoy.

In fact in early December, many towns and villages have, what are called, Christmas Strolls… which are traditionally accompanied by tree lightings, Santa Claus’ arrival, carolers, craft fairs, and many other holiday events for kids and families.

Here is a complete town-by-town list of Cape Cod holiday events that are sure to please both the young – and the young at heart.
