We purchased 8 tickets for the polar express a month ago and JUST got a call 3 days before our scheduled trip to be informed that the train car we booked on was not available. The only seats they have available are on a completely different day- after our guests have left town. We are totally disappointed with this. Why on Earth would they sell tickets to a train car that wouldn’t be available? We have young kids who were looking forward to going on the Polar Express, now what do we tell them? GRRRRRRRRRRRRR (this was posted on 11-20-2012)
