We purchased 8 tickets for the polar express a month ago and JUST got a call 3 days before our scheduled trip to be informed that the train car we booked on was not available. The only seats they have available are on a completely different day- after our guests have left town. We are totally disappointed with this. Why on Earth would they sell tickets to a train car that wouldn’t be available? We have young kids who were looking forward to going on the Polar Express, now what do we tell them?
