Eastham Painters Guild Becomes One of the Best Attractions on Cape Cod
The Cape Cod area has attracted a large number of painters with its number of scenic spots. The Eastham Painters Guild has been putting on art shows since 1980 on the lawn of the Eastham Historical Society’s Schoolhouse Museum right across from the National Seashore’s Salt Pond Visitors’ Center at the corner of Route 6 and Nauset Road. All of these attractions are free of charge and great places to bond with the family – or to just hang out with friends.
Join the Fun
If you are a painter, the guild invites you to join them as they venture to different scenic areas on the Outer Cape to paint en plein air. These members have been around a while and know of all the picturesque spots to paint. To get on board, stop in at the next Outdoor Fine Arts Gallery on May 25th and 26th. They often paint at a beautiful spot inside the National Seashore or off the trails of the Audubon Sanctuary.
