BAYSIDE RESORT - So Cool! The
impressive thing about the Bayside Resort is
that, even while it sits on busy Route 28, you
feel a world away once you are inside this well-maintained
property. Thanks to lavish landscaping and smart
architectural planning, passersby on Route 28
cannot gawk at you while you swim in the hotel’s
indoor pool. The fenced outdoor pool is located
at the rear of the property, so once again your
privacy is assured. And talk about cool. While
at the pool you can sip your favorite frozen
drink from Bellyfloppers Bar and Grill, which
is right on the pool deck overlooking scenic
Lewis Bay. Although not on the real beach, the
hotel offers a cool man-made beach where
you can lounge and enjoy the bay breezes. The
128 rooms, decorated in contemporary neutral
tones and pastels, provide small refrigerators,
TV and air conditioning; some rooms have Jacuzzi
tubs situated right next to the bed. In addition
to a friendly staff eager to meet your every
need, the resort offers a fitness center, pub
and game room, and complimentary continental
breakfast.

RESORT - A Gem in West Yarmouth!The
quaint Bayside Resort is an undiscovered gem
overlooking Lewis Bay. Bayside Resort
has something to offer everyone. If you like
golfing, Bayside is the home of CapeCodGolfVacation.com
which offers some excellent Stay and Play packages. Have
kids? On April vacation week, the Bayside offered
pizza parties, magic shows, rainforest reptile
shows, ice cream socials, all day movie madness,
and a lot more! For adults, there's adults
only pool hours, a fitness center, and
Happy Hour in the Moby Dick Pub! The Bayside features
TWO pools. The indoor pool features a soothing
hottub and hot saunas. The outdoor pool has
a tiki bar overlooking the Bay, (Bellyfloppers
Bar & Grill) featuring light foods and frozen
drinks to make the night fly by in high style. Some
rooms at the Bayside also feature their own
FULL SIZE Jacuzzi.

I, along with seven
other men, had the pleasure of staying at your resort
hotel as part of a weekend golf package. In addition
to being a police chief I am also a police trainer
both in New Hampshire and nationally. I have had
the occasion to stay in many, very upscale, hotels
during the past several years. I want to tell you
that the staff of your resort are second to none
for friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism,
which made our trip most enjoyable. Right from the
start when we checked in on Friday afternoon, I
knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. The
two young ladies at the front desk were very warm
and cordial. We asked them about the location of
some golf driving ranges. They gave us directions
and one of them even called to find out what the
hours were. They recommended some of the local restaurants
to us and definitely did not steer us wrong.
On Friday night we went into The
Moby Dick Pub and met Miquel. He was a wonderfully
personable bartender. He took some time to speak with
us about a variety of subjects and always had a kind
word to say and a smile on his face. On Saturday
afternoon, when we came back from golfing, our room
was clean beyond our expectations. A great setting
to come back to. Later, myself and another Chief of
Police, were really hoping we could scare up a cup
of coffee. We went to the continental breakfast room
to find it was closed. However, a young lady came
to the door and asked if she could help us. We just
indicated that we were hoping to grab a coffee. She
invited us in to get a cup to go, and then engaged
us in some friendly conversation about Jamaica. Once
again, we could not believe how polite, courteous,
friendly and warm your employee was.
After we had checked out, we stopped
in Sandwich to play our last 18 holes of golf before
heading home. Much to my surprise I discovered that
I had left my golf shoes in my room. When I returned
home, Sunday evening, I called the resort and asked
if anyone by chance had rescued my golf shoes. The
desk put me through to housekeeping where I left a
message. Early Monday morning I received a call from
Judy who was most pleased to report that she had found
my golf shoes. She assured me that she would mail
them to me. The next morning I received
them via UPS.
I need to tell you that the experience
at your resort, particularly the friendly, warm, courteous
treatment we received from your staff was probably
the best hotel experience of my life. You have an
outstanding staff and I hope you will make every effort
to retain them because dedication and professionalism
like theirs will be very hard to replace. Please
extend my sincere gratitude to your staff for the
very special treatment they afforded me and my friends.
You can count on us being return patrons to your resort
and probably many of our friends as well, because
we certainly do not intend to keep this wonderful
experience a secret.

husband and I stayed at your hotel this past weekend. I
just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous
time. We booked the Sweetheart Package. The
Jacuzzi room we stayed in was wonderful. We
walked in and there was a red rose, chocolates,
and champagne waiting for us. We has dinner
and dessert at the Yarmouth House and it was absolutely
fabulous. The package was a wonderful deal!

Everyone
outdid themselves making Christina and Brian's
special day a memorable event. Everyone
had a wonderful time at the resort! From
the front desk, to the breakfast room, to the
maintenance staff and cleaning people, to the
sales staff... you all went above and beyond. I
heard many many compliments about everything. The
flowers and ambiance of the beach was perfect,
and the resort was immaculate. Your attention
to detail is unbelievable! Your hospitality
and generosity will remain with all of us!

is a overdue note of gratitude for our wonderful
stay at your hotel. We reserved our room and made
a small note that it was a special occasion for
us. When we arrived, we were given a very nice
room and were greeted with champagne and balloons-
it was truly a nice and thoughtful touch. Beyond
the room, everything was exceptional. From the
warm and helpful greeting we received upon check
-in to pleasant attitude of the breakfast assistants,
it was apparent throughout your facility that
your staff understands the finer nuances of customer
service... a feature you are to be commended for.
We also appreciate the restaurant coupons , which
we used on consecutive nights to visit a favorite
old haunt and discover a new find. Our checkout
was swift and easy we were asked-sincerely- how
we enjoyed our stay. At every turn, your hotel
provided service that exceeded our expectations
and that surpasses many of the four star hotels
we've stayed in. We will highly recommend you
to any of our friends who are visiting the Cape
and will look forward to our next visit with you
as well.

am writing you to inform you of a wonderful experience
I had during my mini vacation on Cape Cod. As
soon as I walked into the lobby of the Bayside
Resort I was impressed. I first noticed that the
Resort itself was very clean and cheerful. Then
I was greeted with a smile from a very pleasant,
professionally dressed young lady named Tamrin. She
was just as impressive as the appearance of the
Resort itself. She was extremely helpful and worked
hard finding room for all of my family members. Not
only did Tamrin work very hard finding my family
rooms, but she even checked up on us the next
day to see how we were doing. She truly made my
experience at the Bayside Resort a positive one.
Because of that I will reserve my next vacation
on Cape Cod at the Bayside Resort. I also feel
I should tell you that I am spreading the word
to all my friends about how wonderful the service
and accommodations are at your Resort.

wife and I had such a wonderful relaxing getaway
at your resort that we booked again in September. Your
entire staff seem very happy and are genuinely
friendly and so accommodating. It is refreshing
in today's hectic world when you encounter such
wonderful employees. The Maxine and Tamrin

helpful, far over and above the standard of most
resorts!

just want to let you know just how much we enjoyed
our stay. The hotel is kept very nice and the
staff are very helpful, and friendly. I had a
causally mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary
while talking to the front desk staff about a
nice place for dinner. About 10 minutes later
we were pleasantly surprised with balloons, champagne,
and a rose. This was such a nice touch, Thank
you for making our special day so memorable.

The staff at the
Bayside was very refreshing. From the
time we walked through the door, they were friendly
and treated us great. Maxine at the pub
was great with great social skills! The
golf was great and well organized. The
rooms we stayed at were great. The overall
staff at the hotel were super. As a police
officer, I worry about people drinking and driving,
but with the on site Moby Dick Pub, we didn't
have to worry about that. Thank you again
for your time and customer service.
