The Bayside is temporarily CLOSED to overnight guests until May 4, 2020.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to do our part to help keep our community and our employees safe. We are following all of the local and federal recommendations and guidelines.
- We are answering phones from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday to answer questions and concerns.
- Special events and activities scheduled for our April School Vacation Package – April 17-26, 2020 have been cancelled.
- Nantucket Daffodil Festival Weekend Package – April 24-26, 2020 has been postponed until the Fall.
Updated Cancellation Policy
If you choose to change or cancel any future dates – There will be no cancellation fees.
If you’re not quite sure what to do yet – No problem, just keep your reservation for now. If you choose to cancel at a later date for any reason, there will be no cancellation fees, no matter how late you choose to cancel.
Please Note: If your reservation was booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia, Hotels.com., Booking.com, Groupon, etc… You must change or cancel your reservation directly through their website.
To date All Guestrooms have been deep cleaned and sanitized by staff specially trained for your safety. Our Guestrooms are sanitized with disinfectants certified to stop the spread Covid-19 as well as any other virus.
There are multiple hand sanitation stations located in public and employee areas. We are continuously sanitizing surfaces that are being touched, especially door knobs, stair rails and counters.
The Bayside is committed to your safety. Currently we are practicing social distancing and asking our guests to stay vigilant in keeping up on their sanitation efforts, especially limiting germ transfer by keeping hands washed.
